HELP FIND A CURE !!
On Sunday, February 21, 2010 , the Clark County Bowling Association will be hosting their 8th annual Bowl for the Cure Fundraiser here at Allen's Crosley Lanes. Cost is $20 per person. Each year we are increasing participation and raising more money for the USBC's breast cancer fundraising event. Last year we had 100 bowlers participate and raised over $8500 in pledges, raffles, and donations with 100% of the net proceeds benefiting the Komen Foundation.

Bowl for the Cure® is a year round fundraising and breast cancer awareness
initiative sponsored by USBC in partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Through the efforts of bowlers nationwide, nearly $5 million has been raised for the Komen Foundation and its affiliates since the Bowl for the Cure® program’s inception in 2000.
The CCUSBC and ALLEN'S CROSLEY LANES "Bowl for the Cure® " committee : Sharron Wannamaker - Chairman, Sue Anderson - Treasurer, Roberta Green - Events Coordinator, Gayle Holland, Nicki Fahey, and Linda Edwards. We also have volunteers : Christina Silver, Brenda Tipton, Tammy & Curtiss Cozart. Our fundraiser is ran totally by volunteers , so all money raised goes to the fight to find a cure.

Besides cash donations, we are also looking for gift certificates, gift baskets, or any items or service that we can raffle or put in our silent auction . All donations are tax deductable.
